Energy Health Clubs also offers personal training packages and we have one of the largest selection of Studio Classes in Sonoma County. Our Group Exercise / Studio Classes are included with our new Orange membership. We have the world famous Zumba Dance Party, TRX and H.I.I.T (high intensity interval training) and we offer the staple classes such as Yoga and Spin.
